The First Class Crew, LLC strives to network, connect, provide resources, build and grow together through shared conversations, resources, connections, and community.
We provide job placement (full-time and contract positions) at media companies. We also hold pop-up dinners and other in-person and virtual events to allow members to meet and connect with industry professionals to elevate their careers.
Since launching the platform in 2019, we have impacted over 3,000 members on the essential steps to break into the media industry and gain professional opportunities in the industry.

OUR FOUNDING STORY
Started off working in the White House on former First Lady Michelle Obama's policy team before pivoting into media. As the journalism, media, and entertainment space with companies like CNN, HLN, NBC, FOX, ViacomCBS, BET Digital, iHeart Media, REVOLT, just to name a few, and is currently with xoNecole. Our founder Kami Simmons saw a need for a central hub for entrepreneurs and people within these industries to find internships and job positions. Once she noticed she had a solution to the problem, she decided to continue to work with community partners and human resource professionals to create a central robust career center database. Our mission is to give you direct access to these opportunities.
