Requirements
Working under ShopShops Content and Merchandising team, you'll help to create visually compelling content for the ShopShops app, social media, and website. This includes:
Shooting and editing videos (original video for our app, vendor highlights, sizzles, promo videos, social content etc)
Brainstorming unique content frames for both every day livestreams and special events (like New York Fashion Week or the holidays)
Curate existing content on the app in a way that encourages current and new app users to watch & shop
Own the production process from concept to completion on special projects (especially ones that you pitch!)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
3-5 years of production experience
A desire to own the production process from concept to completion on special projects
Working knowledge of DSLRs and lighting techniques
Proficiency in both editing and overseeing edits with a keen sense of pacing and style; (Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required but not mandatory)
Experience working with, and brainstorming around, talent and/or brands
Experience, or an interest in, the world of video commerce and affiliate video or livestream shopping
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting
Excellent oral/written communication, with careful attention to detail
High level of organizational, project planning and follow-through, presentation, and time management skills
